Student Mentoring Conference in Tybee Island March 28-29, 2008
The 19th annual Student Mentoring Conference for Gerontology and Geriatrics was held March 28-29, 2008 in Tybee Island, Georgia. This conference provided students with the opportunity to share their research and network with professionals associated with academic and applied gerontology.

The Georgia State Gerontology Institute is a co-sponsor with the University of Georgia and several southeastern institutions under the auspices of the Georgia Gerontology Consortium.
Attendance at the conference was open to all persons interested in gerontology and geriatrics.
