American Historical Association
This is the official site of the AHA. It provides many services, such as an online member directory, current notices, summaries of current and past issues of the American Historical Review and Perspectives, and current job ads.

Georgia Association of Historians
This is the web site for professionally trained historians who live and work in Georgia, including junior college, college, and university professors, high school teachers, archivists, librarians, journalists, graduate students, and others whose profession or scholarship involves historical study.

History Departments around the World
The Center for History and New Media offers this comprehensive and searchable database of almost 1,200 History Departments around the world. The database is an excellent resource if you are looking for departmental web sites or the email addresses of other historians.

Organization of American Historians
This is the official site of the OAH, devoted to the study of American history. It provides an online member directory, publications information, current notices, links, and current job ads.

The Southern Historical Association
The SHA is devoted to the study of Southern history. The site provides information on membership, the annual meeting, awards, and the Journal of Southern History.
