The Africana Women's Research Symposium will be held March 28 - 29, 2012 at the Auburn Avenue Research Library. This event, sponsored by Georgia State University's Department of African-American Studies, will include a session by the history department's Dr. Jacqueline Rouse. Dr. Rouse will discuss Race, Work and Churchwomen: How Black Southern Women Responded to a Generational Call to Community Service on Wednesday, March 28th at 11:15 a.m.
