Below are menus that contain links to survey instuments and interviews that we will be using while we conduct the cross-district study. We have posted these so that you have the opportunity to to become familiar with the instruments prior to our upcoming visits and also so that we can solicit your feedback. To review specific documents, click on the name of the instrument. You can open up an e-mail window by clicking the highlighted text that is preceded by "feedback to" so that you may type specific comments or questions while reviewing the documents. (Tip: Before sending e-mail directly from the web page make sure that your internet browser is set up to send mail. If the browser is not registered in your name, make sure that your name, and if you have e-mail, your address are in the body of the message.) At the bottom of each instrument there are links to help you navigate through our web site.
