The HIV/STD Systems Evaluation Project has an e-mail discussion list that has been available since September of 1998. Our team would like the discussion list to be used as an open forum to facilitate communication between the evaluation team and health districts as well as among health district staff. We use the discussion list to notify health district personnel of documents that we have mailed to them and where the documents can be accessed on our website.
