We all agree that health and
physical activity are key ingredients of personal wellness. We
believe that physical education instruction should be fun and engaging.
Our hope is to educate young people about the lifelong benefits of
exercise and to cultivate an appreciation and affinity for participation.
We have included links to some assignments that we have completed during
our course of study in hopes that they will benefit other students or
practicing educators.
