Plan Features

If currently insured, medical underwriting will not be required for one benefit level increase ($10,000) up to group guaranteed amount.  All other applicants must complete an evidence of insurability form.  Waiver of premium if you become totally disabled.   Extended death benefit if you are totally disabled; accelerated death benefit if diagnosed with a terminal illness.
