Paygrade- 13, Anticipated Hiring Range: $30,981 to $42,666
This employee is responsible for estimating cost for requested services for minor renovations and construction for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical and various other construction trades.
Must have: Technical or vocation degree in Building Trades or a related field and three years experiences; or a high school diploma or GED and five years experience; or a combination of training and experience.
Preferences: Journeyman certificate in one of the following trades: electrical carpentry, maintenance and plumbing. Knowledge of university setting. Knowledge of materials used within the skilled trade area. Knowledge of worked performed in the skilled trades trades areas. Ability to access work sites.
