Services Specialist, (Job# 5166) Paygrade- 14, Anticipated Hiring Range: $12,500- $22,000 (50% Time) The position of the Instructional Service Specialist involves supporting faculty assessment of student learning, preparing graduate teachings assistants, preparing information materials for faculty, and assisting with faculty development activities, as well as clerical duties related to faculty awards and grant programs Must have: Master's degree and one year experience in curriculum development, adult literacy, and facilitation; or a combination of training and experience. Preferences: Master’s Degree plus evidence of successful teachings at the university level, formal coursework in university pedagogy, an understanding of social science research methodology, excellent verbal and written communications skills and competence in using Microsoft Office Products.
