Paygrade- 17, Anticipated Hiring Range: $41,252 to $55,000
The Manager, Student Accounts directs the daily operations of the Student Accounts/Bursar's Office. Specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, ensuring the provision of superior customer service, collections, third party billing, refunding, administration of Perkins Loan program, and the supervision of the cashiering function. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining the student system, including coordination of testing and upgrades, development of reports, training and semester setup to ensure accuracy of billing of tuition and fees.
Must have: Bachelor’s degree and two years supervisory/management experience; or a combination of training and experience.
Preferences: Knowledge of Banner Student System. Collection experience strongly preferred. Experience in Higher Education. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
