Assistant to the Director, Office of Student
Financial Aid, (Job# 5211)
Paygrade- 11, Anticipated Hiring Range: $26,849 - $37,000
Provide administrative support for the Director and the Student Financial
Aid Office. Serves as office manager and manages departmental budget.
Must have: Bachelor's degree
and two years administrative experience; or a high school diploma or GED
and six years administrative experience; or a combination of training
and experience.
Preferences: Prefer experience
managing contracts with vendors, experience maintaining inventory control
for equipment and supplies, experience processing departmental travel,
providing budget analysis, experience with Spectrum, and knowledge of
excel spreadsheets.
