Specialist, GSU Foundation (Job# 5215) Salary Negotiable Professional position reporting to AVP for Development Finance & Operations supports the AVP and the Department and works with GSU Foundation Trustees, Deans, Business Officers, Department Chairs, Business Managers, and donors. Major duties include staffing for Foundation Committee meetings and managing accounts established for donations including communications with the university community. Acts as Account Manager, responsible for ensuring that account records are complete, the university community is trained, and inquiries are researched and results communicated. Must have: Bachelor's degree and two years administrative experience; or a high school diploma or GED and six years administrative experience; or a combination of training and experience. Preferences: Prefer individual with College degree. Ideal candidate will demonstrate experience planning, coordinating, implementing and reporting on projects while building successful relationships with customers. Individual should also have significant experience working with data spreadsheets and information systems. Materials requested: Both
