To supervise the Student Financial Aid Counselors and the customer service staff with the responsibility for awarding HOPE and other loans
Must have: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of supervisory/management experience; or a combination of training and experience.
Preferences: Experience in a college/university environment; direct supervisory experience; knowledge of federal and state regulations governing student loans; knowledge of SCT Banner and knowledge of FERPA.
