Employee maintains the appearance of office, hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and restrooms by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and removing trash. Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures; trims, washes walls and woodwork, restock supply closets and restrooms, assists with set-up of furniture and equipment as required.

Must have: Criminal background investigation. High school diploma or GED preferred. Six months experience working in an institutional, industrial, or commercial setting preferred.

Preferences: Prefer two years experience working in an institutional, industrial or commercial setting.
