Customer Service Specialist I, Office of Student Financial Aid, (Job# 5283) (50% time)
Paygrade 7 Minimum Hiring Rate: $10,221

This position provides client services to students, staff, and the public. Coordinates the daily activity of the mail, reception and telephone areas.
Must Have: High school diploma or GED and one year customer service, administrative or office experience; or a combination of training and experience.
Preferences: Previous customer service experience knowledge of computers.
