Coordinator, School of Music, (Job# 5286) Paygrade- 10, Anticipated Hiring Range: $24,992 - $35,216 Facilities and concert/recital production coordinator for the School of Music: responsible for management of Music building facilities, production of events and concert venues for Recital Hall and Rialto Center, supervision of student assistants, interns, and assigned work study staff. Security and key control for building access to student, faculty and staff. Experience in recording and music production. Must have: Bachelor's degree and one year administrative experience; or a high school diploma or GED and five years administrative experience; or a combination of training and experience. Preferences: Event production for School for Music performance at rialto Center (i.e. contracts, scheduling, production checklist), Kopleff Recital Hall scheduling events and rehearsals – hire production crew and handle technical staging needs. Coordinate recital recording and schedule student recitals. Maintain concert attendance and performance/event calendar. On-site setup/ organ logistics for commencement ceremony. Facilities contact for the department. Issue keys and building access for students, faculty and staff. Handle parking and office key controls. Initiate work orders for renovation, custodial, maintenance and moves. Experience in recording and music production. Provide audiovisual needs for concerts and performance, as needed.
