Supervisor, Parking and Transportation(Job# 5293) Supervise and operate assigned parking attendant booths in the conduct of daily cash transaction in payment for parking access. Recruits, trains, and schedules staff to perform customer service duties at assigned parking facilities. Operates cash register and reconciles daily transactions ensuring a high degree of accuracy. Communicates parking policies, procedures, and regulations to the University community and the general public. Assists parking enforcement staff and police officer when required. Reports equipment malfunctions in a timely manner. Maintains a clean orderly work environment and performs other duties as assigned. Must have: High school diploma or GED and four years parking, customer service, administrative or office experience, or a combination of training and experience. Preferences: Prefer four or more years of parking management experience. Materials requested: An application and a resume are required for consideration.
