College Finance Officer, College of Education, Dean’s Office, (Job# 5298)
Anticipated Hiring Range: $44,324 - $52,000

Prepares, reconciles, and amends College of Education Fund Code 10, 15, Agency, Foundation Grant, DS & S and Revenue Accounts. Responsible for managing College auditing system ensuring all budget units are within purchasing compliance. Investigates issues related to the financial management of the College. Train College staff in the use of Spectrum. Coordinate Spectrum purchasing activities for the College in the absence of College Business Services Officer.
Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and two years of budgetary experience with extensive knowledge of fund accounting and management experience.
Preferences: MBA or related graduate training; experience utilizing PeopleSoft Financial Module and Foundation Financial Edge Software.
