Associate Director of University Housing, (Job# 5301)

Responsible for the daily operation and facility management of the Georgia State University Village and University Lofts including the supervision of the operations staff. Responsibilities includes developing and assessing short and long term maintenance and facilities plans, overseeing infrastructure contracts, property management, telecommunication systems, damage assessment and billing systems, information systems and technology, budget management, staff training and development.

Must have: Bachelor's degree and 4 years supervisory/management experience; or a combination of training and experience.

Preferences: Master’s degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration or a related field. Six years of professional experience working in housing, Real State and Property Management.
