Administrative Supervisor III, Office of the Registrar, (Job# 5307)
Paygrade- 12, Anticipated hiring Range: 28,849 - $35,000

This position is a supervisory role and is responsible for developing registration calendars and registration time tickets; processing university fee waivers; monitoring the production and processes of cross registration and reentry applications; and the hiring, training and evaluations of two Customer Service Specialist II positions.
Must have: Bachelor's degree and two years supervisory experience; or a high school diploma or GED and six years administrative experience, including four years supervisory experience; or a combination of training and experience.
Preferences: Bachelor’s degree; experience in a college/university environment, preferably with academic registration; direct supervisory experience; knowledge of SCT Banner and personal computer applications; knowledge of FERPA.
