Research Associate II, AYSPS – Georgia Health Policy Center (Job# 5309)
Anticipated Hiring Range: $48,000 - $65,000

The Research Associate will provide a broad range of intensive technical assistance for communities and organizations around the United States. The goal of these GHPC clients is to build locally and regionally integrated systems of care to improve the access and availability of health and human services particularly in rural undeserved areas. The Research Associate will be responsible for leading the information of a nationally based Community Health Systems Development Institute and Intensives that educate key rural leaders on various organizational development topics including Sustainability Planning, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Resource Acquisition, and so on. While the topics may change, the overaching goal will be the presentation of educational sessions that increase the capacity of local communities to lead and transform their existing health and human service delivery system.

Must have: Master’s degree and one-year experience or a combination of training and experience.

Preferences: Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Health and Human Services, Health Care Administration or Public Health a plus. Certification in facilitation, group dynamics, conflict resolution/mediation preferred, in other words, documented success in Organizational Development methods.
