Paygrade- 10, Anticipated Hiring Range: $24,992 - $35,216

The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of the Educational Research Bureau, the Director of Development, and the Public Relations Specialist. This position provides backup support for COE faculty and staff regarding grant searches, contract generation, clinical agreements, and proposal development support facilitated through the ERB.
Must have: Bachelor's degree and one year administrative experience; or a high school diploma or GED and five years administrative experience; or a combination of training and experience.
Preferences: Bachelor’s degree and five years experience. Knowledge of local, state and federal policies regarding technicalities of grants and contracts; graduate course work; computer skills to include databases and spreadsheets; succinctness, clarity and accuracy in written and oral communication; interpersonal and public relations skills. Hours may be varied based on support services needed including possible evening and weekend work on occasion.
