Limited Term Technical/ Paraprofessional, (Job# 5313) (50% time)
Anticipated Hiring Wage: $15.00 per hour

This position is not to exceed six months after date of hire.

This position will work variable hours, but not less than 20 hours per week. This position is an interim means to provide support to the Dean’s Office while staff responsibilities are being reorganized. The functions/responsibilities of this position are:
1. Review and update the content of all existing web pages.
2. Collect/format input faculty/staff produce the annual report
3. Assist with advertising and promotional material needs of the department
4. Assist with writing, editing, and proofing a variety of reports/white papers/books etc.
5. Assist Managers with projects, reports, and any other necessary administrative support.

Must have: College training equivalent to non-technical Bachelors degree OR Associate’s degree OR technical training equivalent OR appropriate previous experience.

Preferences: Master’s Degree in a Public Administration, Policy, or related field. Experience in updating and maintenance of an academic web site; flexibility to accept variable hours of work per week.
