Business Affairs Coordinator, University Career Services (Job# 5316)
Paygrade – 13, Anticipated Hiring Range: $30,981 - $38,000

Manage operational and administrative functions of the department including the career library, office processes, and procedures, office management systems, targeted student communications, data collection and reporting for assessments, activity tracking, and marketing.

Must have: Bachelor's degree and four years business management experience; or a high school diploma or GED and eight years business management experience; or a combination of training and experience.

Preferences: Ideal candidate will have experience in managing/coordinating multiple projects, desktop publishing, writing, supervision, working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Access, and basic PC troubleshooting. Experience with computerized career services systems a plus.
