Administrative Assistant, Student/University Center (Job# 5325)
Paygrade - 9, Anticipated Hiring Range: $23,268 - $26,000

The administrative assistant assists and coordinates support areas for Center Operations and Services; including service contracts, maintenance records, safety data, patron incidents and follow up on tenant concerns. This person: serves as the liaison with multiple contractors who provide on-going services (cable TV, interior plants, linen cleaning) and project services (data-voice installation, furniture replacement, minor repair, monitors safety) and security programs (video surveillance, fire safety, key systems) and provides assistance in tracking data information (maintenance, student staff training, equipment inventory)

Must have: Bachelor's degree; or a high school diploma or GED and four years administrative experience; or a combination of training and experience.

Preferences: Ideal candidate will have experience in a student center setting, working with non-university service providers, working with student staff paraprofessionals and strong time management skills.
