Records Coordinator II, HRIS/Records, (Job# 5333)
Paygrade- 7, Minimum Hiring Rate: $20,442

Provides clerical and administrative support for the HR Information System and records function in the delivery of services. Primary duties include maintenance of official university Staff, Faculty, and Temporary personnel files. Also serves as primary backup for HRIS Assistant in setting up all individual, new hires and rehires in the HR information system, including faculty, staff, students, temporary employees, and affiliates.

Must have: High school diploma or GED and two years office or clerical experience, including experience with a large filing system.

Preferences: Uses competently current HRIS System. Maintains high level of correctness and reliability in filing and data entry, with very minimal error rate, to ensure the accuracy of critical institutional records.
