Intercultural Relations
meaningful experiences, meaningful dialogues

Intercultural Relations is committed to planning programs and activities that provide students an opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogues around cultural and diversity issues. We create meaningful experiences which enhance the understanding of and appreciation for the multitude of identities and cultures present at Georgia State University.

Intercultural Relations is based on the belief that students must be provided the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations which broadens their conventional definition of diversity to include the concept of interculturalism. Diversity acknowledges the differences between people and interculturalism seeks to discover and strengthen the similarities among people.
