Profile: Tonya is a native Atlantian who is an alumni of Georgia State University ( BA-Marketing '94) . Tonya received her M.S in Human Resource Development from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies in December of 2005. She is responsible for planning a diverse range of cultural and educational programs for Georgia State Community.
