TYPE USAGE
The Logotype
The university logotype is set in a highly modified form of a standard typeface. Because this typeface has been modified, individuals should never try to recreate the logotype using a standardized font. Copies of the logo — with approved logotype configurations — are available in the Department of University Relations.
Display Type
A secondary typeface, Gill Sans, is the complementary font used for headlines or other display type. If Gill Sans is not available, substitute Helvetica in its place.
Text Type
The preferred typeface for text is Usherwood. Usherwood is a very readable font, and it is widely available in a variety of formats. If, however, it should be unavailable, substitute Times Roman in its place.
