The IEP prepares you for placement in a demanding academic environment. Our courses cover the essential skill areas of academic writing, process writing & grammar, intensive reading, extensive reading, and oral communication and fluency. As an IEP student, you will also have access to the entire range of technology available here at Georgia State University, such as computers and language labs. We provide all the support you need to move directly from the IEP to either graduate or undergraduate studies at Georgia State University.
The Intensive English Program at Georgia State University is accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation for the period August 2009 through August 2014 and agrees to uphold the CEA Standards for English Language Programs and Institutions.
