Health Insurance

Georgia State University requires international students (F-1 and J visas only) to pay for medical insurance before enrolling in IEP courses. If you are covered by your own insurance policy, you must bring the entire copy of the policy and evidence of coverage with you. If you have health insurance, you will be asked to fill out a Health Insurance Waiver Application. If approved, you will be refunded the appropriate amount. You can do this once you are on campus.
