MINUTES
Members present: Don Jones, Melissa Brennaman, Shaochieh Ou, Randy Jones, Jeff Pruett, Chip Kramlich, Joe Amador, Tammy Clark, James Jones, Randy De Kler
I. Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 2:00pm.
II. Introductions - Committee members introduced themselves.
III. Committee Mission and Goals - A discussion of the Committee's mission and goals took place. A draft mission statement was discussed, but action on the draft was tabled until the next meeting.
IV. Committee Workgroups - Randy De Kler and Tammy Clark described the workgroup nature under which the Committee would function. Members volunteered, or were assigned, to the following workgroups.

Workgroup activities will begin at the next ITSC meeting (12-14-2000 at 10:00am).
V. Communication - Communication regarding the Committee's activities will take place via this Web site and via a listserv.
VI. Meetings - The Committee agreed to conduct monthly meetings on the second Thursday of the month at 10:00am.
VII. Other business - No other issues were raised.
VIII. Adjournment - The meeting was adjourned at 2:35pm.
