The Contributor Agreement
The contributor guarantees that he or she holds the copyright
to any material they contribute to InTRO, including any diagrams, illustrations,photographs,
sounds, animations and motion video. The contributor grants permission
to InTRO to distribute their materials in electronic form via World
Wide Web and affirms that he or she is legally entitled to grant such
right. The contributor understands that they will receive no financial
compensation from InTRO.
BY SUBMITTING TO InTRO, THE CONTRIBUTOR GRANTS PERMISSION FOR OTHERS TO CITE OR REPRODUCE THEIR WORKS FOR SCHOLARLY PURPOSES PROVIDED PROPER ATTRIBUTION IS INCLUDED.
InTRO promises to publish the contribution in electronic form via World Wide Web and to provide proper attribution for all materials. The editors of InTRO reserve the right to determine if a contribution should be included in the repository. In the event of a claim of copyright infringement against any contribution, InTRO will immediately remove the contribution in question.
The contributor retains the right to seek subsequent publication of any contribution included in InTRO provided that the following notice is included: "This work has been published by Instructional Technology Research Online and is available on World Wide Web at http://www.hbg.psu.edu/bsed/intro/."
