I have in undergraduate degree in English, and a master's and doctorate in instructional technology. I taught English as a second language at the fourth grade level for two years in Egypt. Prior to coming to Georgia State University, I was an assistant professor of Instructional Technology at the University of Houston Clear Lake for five years. I have worked with numerous schools and school districts, and with a variety of government and corporate organizations, in the effective use of Instructional Technology.
