Research/Teaching

Longitudinal Data, Clinical trials, HIV-AIDS, Nonlinear Mixed Model ,Bioinformatics, QTl Mapping, Genetic Epidemiology.

Dr. Ghosh has quite varried research interests. Specially he is interested in Bayesian application of Pharmacology  data, Clinical trial,Longitudinal data, Genetic Epidemiolgy etc. He has a NIH grant to conduct research in HIV-AIDS.

His research  involves in collaborative  projects with Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, University of Florida, Rutgers University, National Institute of Environmental and Health Sciences, Center of Disease Control (CDC), Emory University, Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University.
