Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics and Statistics
Application information
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics is now accepting applications from students interested in pursuing a Ph.D. degree with a concentration in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or Mathematics. Applications for Spring semester 2008 will be accepted until November 15, 2007.

Recommendation letter form PDF. This form has to be filled out by recommenders and sent to the Office of Graduate Services
In addition, the applicants should provide a statement describing study plans. The applicants should also provide GRE scores and must pay a $50 application fee to Georgia State University (in the form of check drawn in U.S. dollars, money order, or a similar financial instrument). International applicants whose native language is not English or who have not earned a degree from a U.S. institution should provide TOEFL scores.
