Dr. Kathleen Doig
Ph.D., Fordham University.
Eighteenth-century French literature and history of ideas; history of civilization; Enlightenment encyclopedism.
She is the author or co-author of books on the Supplément to the Diderot Encyclopédie and the Encyclopédie méthodique, and has written more than twenty articles on the 18th century.
With Dorothy Medlin, she is completing a critical edition of the Mémoires of André Morellet that will be published by the Centre International d'Etude sur le 18e Siècle at Ferney, France.
She is also writing a book on the genealogy and transformation of the Encyclopédie méthodique.
