Dr. Carol (Saunders) Semonsky
Ph.D., University of Georgia.
Foreign
language education: methods of teaching foreign languages, foreign languages
in the elementary school, curriculum design in foreign languages, program
and teacher evaluation, and second language acquisition.
She gives workshops on foreign language methods, has helped write the foreign language portion of the Georgia Quality Core Curriculum, and perform foreign language program evaluations for school districts.
She is currently working on a book, The Creation, Implementation and Assessment of Georgia 's Elementary School Foreign Languages Model Program.
