Building Conditions Summary

0014 - 158 Edgewood Avenue

This space is occupied by the director of the sculpture program and was not accessible for review. The university plans to demolish this building and use the space for Special Interest Housing. When the building is demolished, sculpture faculty offices should be consolidated with the sculpture facility at 184 Edgewood or in another suitable location.

Multiple, temporary split systems serve the building, and it is noncompliant with ADA requirements. The electrical system is aged to the point that extensive upgrades and renovations are required if it is going to be occupied.
