Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning System: Radiant heat is provided in areas housing animals and split-system air conditioning for offices. The system is in fair condition. With wall and roof leaks, and impractical heating, a new shop is needed.

Plumbing: The septic system is unreliable and waste systems should be connected to county service. Fixtures in monkey cages are old; upgrades are needed.

Electrical: The electrical system is satisfactory.
