0029 - Bookstore Building
Electrical / Mechanical: This building is part of the university Center. Chill water is connected to the east campus plant. The building control system has failed beyond repair. The entire HVAC system needs to be replaced due to failure and changes in use and configuration. (See Image 3.37)
