Building Conditions Summary
0055 - Student Center
One of the newer buildings on campus, the layout seems logical and orderly. The learning computer labs were found to be in good condition. Overall the building seems in good to excellent condition. (See Image 3.43)
All systems are in good condition. Two chillers are part of the East Campus Loop with two on-site cooling towers. All HVAC units are fairly new.
