5.3 Clinic / Demonstration (540/550)
According to the CEFPI guidelines these spaces are difficult to project. The consultants suggest using 0.5 ASF/ FTE for this calculation. The calculated FY 2015 space requirement is 15,570 ASF, compared to an existing 10,391 ASF.
