Category 800 - Health Care Facilities
CEFPI does not have a model for health care facilities. In the Georgia State inventory, this category includes 1,086 ASF, most of which is a small clinic in Sparks Hall. The consulting team’s calculation for FY 2010 space is 6,920 ASF and 7,875 ASF for 2015. This value is adopted for the CEFPI calculation.
