Category 900 - Residential Facilities
CEFPI does not have a model for residential facilities. Most of the university’s residential space inventory of 645,915 ASF houses 2,005 students in the facility on North Avenue. The consulting team’s calculation for FY 2015 space is approximately 1,980,000 ASF. The 1,334,000 ASF increase represents new construction. This value is adopted for the CEFPI calculation.
