NSC Supply
Package Tracking

First of all, please stay calm, be calm, or calm down. That makes handling a matter like this much, much easier for everybody.

Ok, now, often times, a package can easily be tracked. Here are suggestions of where to start (if you have not already done so).

To begin the process of tracking down an item, please contact the vendor and Tony Burnett (1-3094 : Biology) or Robert Daniels (1-3958 : Chemistry) in the business office to make sure that the item has actually been (in this order, through #4):

1) ordered,
2) shipped,
3) delivered, and
4) signed for.

Easy trouble shooting:

Note: Among our personnel authorized to sign for packages include Charles Bush, L. Peyton, R. Conyers, C. Amerault, A. Guffie, L. Simmons.

If the matter is still not resolved after these guidelines and/or if the package has indeed been signed for by us, then please fill out the following information and submit the request. If this form is properly completed, you have our assurance that we will prioritize this request and give you a response as soon as we possibly can.
