PDF (Portable Document Format) files can be opened by the free
Adobe Acrobat Reader program which can be downloaded
from their web site. PDF files maintain their format and layout
on various computers and printers, allowing a very accurate reproduction
of documents and forms on different computers. All of the PDF files
on this web site have the same information contained on regular
HTML web pages. In addition, all of the PDF files on this web site
originated with word processing document (i.e. not scanned images),
and are also accessible with the Adobe Accessibility Tools for PDF
Documents available from their web site at http://access.adobe.com/.
