Contracts

Each year, the Office of Legal Affairs approves, negotiates, or drafts over 800 contracts on behalf of the University.  The links below are is intended to provide general information on contracting and an outline of contract procedures at Georgia State University.

All contracts involving the University as a party, regardless of amount, except research proposals and contracts (handled by OSP) and those using approved and unmodified standard contract forms (i.e. Standard Consulting Agreement and Standard Commercial Solicitation Agreement) must be routed to and approved by Legal Affairs prior to signature.  If you have any other questions about this site or your contract, please contact the Office of Legal Affairs.
