Consultation on Minority Faculty Diversity

The Office for Underrepresented Faculty provides consultation to administrators and faculty within Georgia State University regarding recruitment and retention of ethnic minority faculty. A variety of issues may be addressed that potentially influence ethnic diversity among tenure-track faculty. Some of the prominent issues include recruitment and retention practices, mentoring practices, structural and institutional changes, and availability of campus resources.
