Greg Moore's research is in the history of philosophy with a focus on German philosophy of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries (esp. Herder, Fichte, Schopenhauer, Nietzsche). He is also interested in the philosophical reception of Darwinism and the philosophy of history.
